Profession: Ship Cook 4th Class

• Complete general secondary education.
• Age: at least 18 years old after completion of training period.
• Passport (if an ID card is available, it is necessary to additionally provide an Extract of registration)
• Tax Identification Number (TIN)
• Diploma of a qualified worker or a certificate of assignment for the occupation “Cook” of the 3rd category; work experience in the profession “Cook 3rd category” of at least 1 year.
• Seafarer’s identity document or a passport for traveling abroad (if available).
• Medical restrictions regarding the suitability of individuals for work on water transport due to health status.
• Photo 3*4
