Engine-Room Resourse Management (Operation Level)
The course is designed: in accordance with the requirements of A-III/1, A-VIII/2 (parts 3, 4, 4-2), B-I/12 (p. 73), B-VIII (part 4-2) of the STCW Code.
Course objective:
This course is designed to prepare marine engineers and students (cadets) for managing the engine room and ship resources using the ERS – 5000 Techsim simulator.
Type of document: certificate.
Duration of study: full course duration 49 hours (7 days) / shortened course duration 24 hours (3 days).
– passport (if an ID card is available, it is necessary to additionally provide an Extract of registration);
– TIN (Tax Identification Number);
– seafarer’s identity document;
– passport for traveling abroad (if available);
– matte photo 3×4;
– working diploma (certificate) not lower than the third category or studying in the senior courses of the marine engineering specialty of a higher maritime educational institution;
– medical certificate.
