• Certificate of assignment of the working profession “Motorist Engineer 1st Class”
• Working diploma “Motorist Engineer 1st Class”
• Passport for traveling abroad and seafarer’s identity document
• Seafarer’s service book with records. Work experience in the profession of Motorist (Engineer) first class on tankers for at least 12 months on ships with a main engine power of 750 kW or more.
• Medical limitations regarding the suitability of persons based on health status for work on water transport.
• Photo 3*4
