• working diploma “Seaman 1st Class”;
• passport for traveling abroad and seafarer’s identity card;
• seafarer’s service book with records. Work experience in the profession “Seaman”, qualification as a first-class seaman for at least 24 months on ships with a gross tonnage of 500 register tons or more;
• medical restrictions on the fitness of persons for work in water transport due to health condition;
• photo 3*4.
