Crisis Management and Human Behavior Training
The course is designed: in accordance with the requirements of Rule V/2 (paragraph 8) of the STCW Convention, section A-V/2 (paragraph 4, table A-V/2-2) of the STCW Code, IMO Model Course 1.42.
Course objective:
obtaining by the listeners the relevant knowledge, understanding, professional skills (updating and supplementing knowledge in case of taking a shortened training course) on issues of management and human behavior in crisis situations, to achieve the necessary standard of competence that allows them to take on the tasks, duties, and responsibilities listed in column 1 of table A-V/2-2 of the STCW Code.
Type of document: certificate/testimonial.
Duration of study: full training course 16 hours (2 days) / shortened course 8 hours (1 day).
– passport (if you have an ID passport, you must additionally provide an Extract of registration);
– TIN;
– seafarer’s identity document;
– passport for traveling abroad (if available);
– matte photo 3×4;
– document confirming maritime education in the specialty “Navigation”;
– medical certificate.
