Bridge Resourse Management
The course is designed: in accordance with Regulation II/1 and II/2 of the STCW Code, Sections A-I/12 (points 1, 2), A-II/1, A-II/2, A-VIII/2 (parts 3, 4, 4-1), B-I/12 (points 68-69), B-VIII/2 (part 4-1) of the STCW Code.
Course objective:
Listeners who successfully complete the course should acquire experience and skills in bridge resource management under various conditions, and should more effectively facilitate and contribute to team management during maneuvering in normal and emergency situations.
Type of document: certificate.
Duration of study: full training course 40 hours (5 days) / shortened training course 20 hours (3 days).
Category of listeners:
for navigators at the management and operational levels in accordance with the requirements: of rules I/11, I/12, II/1, II/2, VIII/2 of the STCW-78 Convention, as amended; sections A-I/12, A-II/1, A-II/2, A-VIII/2, parts 3, 4, 4-1, B-I/12, paragraphs 68-69, B-VIII/2, part 4-1 of the STCW Code, as amended; IMO model courses 1.22, 1.32, 1.07, 1.08, 7.01, 7.03.
– passport (if an ID passport is available, an additional Extract of registration must be provided);
– TIN (Tax Identification Number);
– seaman’s identity document;
– international passport (if available);
– matte photo 3×4;
– document confirming relevant maritime education in the specialty “Navigation”;
– working diploma (certificate);
– medical certificate;
– certificate of completion of the course “Navigation training using radar, radar plotting using ARPA”, in accordance with the requirements of Model Course 1.07.
